CCS / WEBSITE POLICIES

Terms of Use

Conditions for browsing the CCS information website and submitting an enquiry.

Effective 9 October 2026

1. Website purpose

Core Construction Specialists (CCS) provides this website to explain its company, construction capabilities, leadership and safety/quality approach, and to receive enquiries. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. South African law applies, including relevant principles of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

2. Information and project enquiries

Website information is general information, not a project-specific engineering design, binding quotation, warranty of suitability or professional advice for a particular site. CCS seeks to keep the information accurate, but scope, availability and requirements must be confirmed directly for each project. Do not rely on website content to undertake safety-critical construction or design decisions.

Submitting a form or receiving an automated receipt does not create a construction contract or confirm project acceptance. Any work, price, programme and responsibilities require separate agreement with authorised CCS representatives. No response time is promised by the website.

3. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may browse the public pages, follow links and use the contact facilities for genuine enquiries. CCS branding and original website materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. Photographs, fonts, flags and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licences. Do not reproduce branding or substantial website content for commercial use without appropriate permission. Ordinary linking and uses permitted by law are not excluded.

Capability-context stock photographs illustrate working environments. They are not representations that CCS completed a named project or owns the pictured plant. The geographic information describes management/team experience.

4. Responsible submissions and prohibited conduct

Provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, send unwanted bulk messages or upload another person's confidential information. Do not attempt unauthorised access, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the website, bypass anti-abuse controls or introduce malicious code. The form does not accept file uploads.

5. Electronic communications and privacy

You authorise CCS to use the contact details you submit to respond to the enquiry. A receipt confirms submission processing, not acceptance of the project. Email and website communications are subject to applicable ECTA principles and any separately agreed written terms. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Analytics is optional under the Cookie Policy.

6. Third-party links and availability

External websites operate under their own terms and policies. A link does not imply CCS endorsement of all their content. CCS may update, maintain or temporarily suspend the website. Connectivity, hosting and other technical events can affect availability. Cached offline pages may be older than current online information; an enquiry must be submitted online and is not queued offline.

7. Liability and applicable protections

To the extent permitted by South African law, CCS is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, third-party websites or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or excuses fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Project-specific obligations and liability are governed by separately agreed contract terms.

8. Governing law, updates and contact

These terms are governed by South African law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent South African courts and applicable mandatory rights. CCS may revise these terms by publishing a new version and effective date. Contact CCS with questions through the Contact page.
